Cosd
Bought my wife an SD4, lovely car. Drives really well, feels solid and not had a single issue.
ferguson_tom
Not had one myself but certainly would, my friend who runs an independent landrover garage says they have very few problems with them.
Mr Potter
I've had my 2009 model for just 3 years and put 70,000 miles on in that time (currently reading 117,000). Other than brakes, tyres and services had very little wrong, rear wheel bearing and parking sensors. Brilliant car, highly recommended. steve_b_wales
Bought mine new in 2008 (TD 2.2) Good off road in most circumstances. Mine is used 70/30 road/off road. I have General Grabber AT/2's on it, which are good, on and off road.
dodeer
I have seriously thought about buying one- 2008-2011 4wd auto spec for 15k year mileage pulling a small livestock trailer max 1800kg , and long drives but something with decent off road abiltity
ShootingEgg
Have had mine a few years now. Only money spent is repairs to body work after others have bumped it in carparks, tyres and service/mot.
Dave-G
Blimey - sounds like Land Rover finally makes something reliable. I'm going by what I read about them rather than any personal experience as I've made a point of avoiding that brand because of the kack reputation for needing lots of maintenance. kingo15
We have been looking at one of these. I drove one on Friday very nice to drive. Seems to be hit and miss with the electrics on them thou.
A1Decoy
I have one myself, 2008 FL2 and I have to say the nicest car I've ever driven, so smooth and tows my horse and ifor Williams trailer with ease. Not taken her off road properly yet. The only problem is they have so many electrics. I think its 14 ECU's they have in total My rear diff stopped working only had 2x4 - 3 LR specialists couldn't work it out and turned out it was just a cable that had warn, meaning the car wouldn't let the rear wheel drive engaged! That is the only bad point really, how many electrics they have! Aimee @ A1
