Webbers, Jan speed exhaust, Kent high lift cam, momo leather effect steering wheel, moss car alarm and audioline graphic equaliser booster.

That's what you're going to need with your face lift kit.

You forgot the Crockett and Tubbs shirts and sandals oh and a porno tache.

Ooh now your talking.

Personally I would sell it and buy a proper Porsche or a proper 4 x 4. (Joking)

Sorry going off track, I expect if you put on a facelift you might well narrow the market when you do decide to sell it

does it break down a lot? i considered buying one but every review i read was awful , dont forget the "NAWS" and a motec system exhaust if your heading that way, and yes, i really miss feu orange as well

I have to say it's been awsome.

They are incredibly cheap considering what they cost new!

I've had 3 problems with it in about 4 years of ownership. One was a sensor to tell me that a sensor which monitored a sensor which sensed ride height wasn't working properly. £40 for the part and 15 minutes with it plugged in to reset it.

2nd was an issue with timing. Again sensors and I don't really know what was done as I just called a mate and said "fix it"

And 3rd was an immobiliser problem that was £50 for a mobile guy with a computer to fix.

If you count the problem of not being able to pass a petrol station then I suppose it's 4 things! 4.5L V8 is a little bit thirsty. It's really not bad on a run though. On the motorway at a steady..ahem...70mph...its hardly working so reasonably economical compared to my L200 which I seem to have to drive pretty hard.

I would definitely reccomemt buying one but don't hate me if you get a bad 'un.

Thanks, my shogun used to average very low 20's mpg, is it worse than that? Off to look at an amg estate tomorrow but might be tempted by a porker if it isn't what I'm after

When I first got it and was a bit heavy footed (just playing with it as it's unbelievably quick for a big car) I was getting mid teens. Now that I just drive it "normally" It's probably mid 20's. In my opinion it's worth the running cost for what you get.
