Mice!
road chaos today, just taken me nearly two hours to do a 35-40 min journey, M6 M61 M65 Preston Leyland Blackburn and probably beyond are carnage, someone hit the white Christmas button 2-3 inches of snow and slush over night. everywhere looks pretty but nothing much moving and schools closed. TIGHTCHOKE
Thank you for the warning, in 53 years I have been there once and that was quite enough!
Lloyd90
I was just about to say - I’d also recommend avoiding Nottingham. Ive no idea what the weather is like but I went once and I’d never go back ?

Gordon R
Preston was - not so very long ago - the cheapest place to shop in the UK. I have very rarely, if ever, had heavy traffic, with the exception of the upper ring road (Blackpool Road). I totally avoid it.

The snooker was back on there the other week ? this morning was bizarre people couldn't get on or off the motorways so everywhere was backed up. All gone now it seems
