7daysinaweek
Hi all Long story short my Air arms s410 has started sprouting more leaks than a colander. Last month when going to charge it was blowing out of the barrel so cocked it and filled. Checked next day and virtually out of air. Order ring kit (ooer missus) and i remove the tbar valve thingy and change out all the seals. The internal seal was rock hard rubber and just cracked up in me hand as the gun is about 14 years old now from new. All sorted me thinks, tries to gas up and now blowing air from under the fill metre bar gauge, i removes the gauge and changes the ring, refits and now blowing out fro under the gauge. Takes it to localish shop who change out the seal under the bar gauge block as the kit i bought did not have them and could not find online. They gassed up in the shop, checks it the next day and now blowing out from inside the whole internals. And only gassing up to around 120 bar and make a superb frightening sound when i gas it, sounds like a Banshee! I have looked online and in requirement to get in side the ****** you need to start drilling lugs out and this goes far beyond my engineering ability that extends to changing a plug. What it needs is is a full service, it has been the best rifle i ever had. Can anyone point me in the direction of shop repair services, individuals they could recommend. I would prefer not to post through parcel farce and will travel within 100 say, I in Liverpool. atb 7diaw
Newbie to this
There are videos on youtube if you feel confident enough to do it yourself Forget that missed the part where you said drilling the lugs is beyond your engineering ability. HI Dessyb I had looked at this as my first option but they do not appear to offer a servicing option in the factory, They do have service approved shops throughout uk and I am putting feelers pot to the pw family to see if anyone can make a recommendation if anyone has used their services or a recommendation of an individual repair smith. atb 7diaw Edited July 30, 2018 by 7daysinaweek

Flyboy1950
Use the Airgun Doctor at Cannock Chase. I haven't the details readily to hand, but Google it, get his number and ring him. He may well do the service whilst you wait if you have a booked appointment. Just Googled :- http://www.airgundoctor.co.uk/ I have used their services and can recommend.. GingerCat
Had same issue with my bsa. Considered changing the seal as I could see what one it was. Thought better of it. Now shipped to bsa for a full service. Will cost £115 including postage to and from the rfd. Money well spent in my eyes as high psi isint worth getting wrong if your not sure

7daysinaweek
@Mice! put me onto Longbower who gave me the number of a chap over on the Wirral, cost if I recall was around the £120 for a full service of my AA s410 inclusive of all seal changes, dropped off and sorted in a week and I drove back over and collected. Professional and efficient service and rifle has been fine since and keeps the 150 bar without any leakage. Price was in 2018. Unsure if he does postage. Unfortunately I have misplaced the chaps number so message Longbower on here, he may still have his contact. atb 7diaw
