Wingman
Hi all My beretta 682 came with a spare trigger that’s quite worn and most of the gold plating has worn off. Just wondering if anyone knows if they can be replated and if so could recommend where I can go to get it done? I imagine it could be re-plated, however buying a replacement trigger would probably be more economical?

True but just got me thinking that’s all!
Dangerous Brian
You could try an independent jeweller as they might be able to do it. I wouldn't bother with the high street ones.
dodeer
Not worth the cost you’d be charged. Either live with it or order a replacement
figgy
I would polish it back to what's under the gold. The gold always wears off quite soon withittle use. Friends 682Gold E the gold only under the action has worn away. Gun has not done a lot and is looked after.
dipper
Seems a bit anal on a

Personally I’d remove all of it; I can’t abide gold triggers and have never bought a gun with one, but that’s just me. Each to their own. To be honest I thought it would only be a few quid if it could be done by someone with the kit and new triggers are quite hard to find GMK told me that they are special order. Gunman
Its not gold . True gold plating will be expensive and not hard wearing .Personally I would just clean it all off .

Each to their own. I`m with you on this Scully, although I do have a Lincoln Prestige with a gold trigger. Much prefer my 20g Macnab Highlander without any gold bling whatsoever. Understated and elegant. OB
Jupiter8
Look on Facebook for ‘Stocks Refinished’ or on his website https://www.slipperydicksgunwax.co.uk/ I know he does gold re-plating but I couldn’t tell you how much. Just message Paul and he’ll respond usually straight away.
