Fisheruk
Sitting quietly outside this afternoon I heard one churring in the trees behind. 30 minutes later it arrived on the flip top feeder and the clang of the lid woke me from my snooze. Collected my rifle from inside and returned to enjoy the sun. 2 minutes later it returned for another nut and I was waiting with the crosshairs already on the feeder. Last meal for the grey. 2281 Edited September 18, 2021 by Fisheruk

harrycatcat1
Just one this morning, but I was chuffed to bits with the shot. She went down with one head shot. Fell from about 20 or 25 yards up a tree and stone dead when it hit the floor. 2293

Fisheruk
The local retiree syndicate is doing well, one female shot and two other females and a male trapped all using new season conkers as bait. 2204
Walker570
Just one more to count today from our own wood again. Hit three more with the S200 within 40yrds but could not find the bodies. At the moment it is very hard to get them to sit still. They are grabbing hazel and walnuts and racing away to bury them somewhere. Having to take a body shot when they pause for a secondand of course as you will all know they can go a fair distance before they expire. 2205
