Grandalf
Whats the best way to make a stainless steel sink unit look like new?
mgsontour
You need to soak brillo pads in hot water and squeeze the pink stuff out ( the cheaper brand pretend brillo ain't as good ) and clean sink as normal then once clean and really dry put a touch and I mean a touch of baby oil on some blue paper towel and polish
TIGHTCHOKE
As above, but then you can never use it again as the water marks will spoil it.
Loki
Hi Suggest warm citric acid solution applied after cleaning, polishing and degreasing, let air-dry - Cast Boolits site has an explanation. I do same on my SS knives; carbon steel take on a matt black coating that reduces rust starting. L
Jonty
I can highly reccomend 'Bar Keepers Friend' I use it on my 100 litre stainless steel brewery vessels - it works a treat. I think there are sprays available but I use the powder and a sponge, it shifts everything that gets stuck to the pots. Here's a link to someone cleaning a sink with it. https://youtu.be/ns4Qw0zLjpA

Cosmicblue
Pink Stuff -500 Grms of Pink Stuff from Amazon Discovered this stuff 3 or 4 years ago, think toothpaste without the minty bit. Cleans stainless without leaving smears, we have pewter taps in the kitchen and have limescale issues, fetches that off no issues...actually cleans any hard surface - fantastic. I seem to recall that 'back in the day' there was a similar product called "Gumption" that came in a pink tin?

loriusgarrulus
If you use a sonic scrubber with the soft pads or brush with either Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend everything comes up a treat.
