Their online members area isn't working and refers you to a phone number that isn't answered and that refers you to their site! I did find another section to renew without logging in but after typing in all my details it failed due to a problem with BASC. It seems they can't process credit card payments at the moment? Because it's a condition of my shooting permission otherwise I'd stick with Gunplan as its nearly £80 cheaper and does the same for its "members" as basc. David I did try the 'join basc' option to renew but that declined my card twice (not a problem with the card I'll add). My partner renewed the next day over a the phone and was told you have had problems with card payments and the members area has been out of action for a while.
