discobob
Right - I saw this advertised last week - thought it was about this VAT grown meat and thought nope - not watching that and I didn't, but this has come up this morning https://www.leeds-live.co.uk/news/celebs-tv/greg-wallace-eats-human-flesh-27387706 WHATTTTTTT!!! To me this is proof that we have hit the end of times. I feel physically sick with this. I have half in jest put on here and other places that they are looking to get rid of cattle and replace them with us. Looks like I was right 😞 but I was on about them taking money from us - not this. I just wish that I could foretell the lottery numbers and I could buy a nice island somewhere and be King Bob on there
old man
Still not sure I was not hallucinating, growing meat from human tissue? We have only just stopped snacking on each other? Could only be here, another race to the base, not allowed in the EU? What do you think?

oldypigeonpopper
Hello, why do these so called super chefs think they are god's gift to television and this is far beyond decent TV viewing Edited July 25, 2023 by oldypigeonpopper
Fargo
100% they want the end of farms and livestock and I guess no one knows the end result but a daily food pill or every thing lab grown would be the most likely answer.

Eaf70
I've not watched the programme but this was apparently quoted after. "Channel 4 ended the programme with a message for anyone who might not have realised it was satire. The voiceover on the credits told viewers 'for more satire, go to Brass Eye on Channel 4', just in case anyone was still not seeing the point of the sendup by the end of the seemingly alarming programme. But the show was obviously a send up to shine a light on the extent of the cost of living crisis, as well as deliver a message about something needing to be done - before such a logical extreme could ever risk becoming a reality, and viewers who caught the message beneath it applauded the show." TIGHTCHOKE
Oh come on, it was so obviously a stitch-up. Reminded me of the first time "The Office" aired and how it caught out so many people.
