Not exactly jumpers as such but I found over the years they're absolutely top quality and worth every penny. If anything they're too warm. I currently have a Snugpak with the fleece removed. Ideal for going afloat. Not available last time I looked but worth trying. You can in fact buy the material and make a liner - my wife did one for a friend. None of them are completely ‘wind proof’ as such, but with a lining under the outer fabric, offer greater protection against a cold blast.
