I dont really care care if he is or isnt to be fair.........

to me he's a very wierd little man.....who vain attempts at being humerous make me want to put my foot throught the tele as soon as he appears..........that stupid squeaking voice, and those contorted twitching mannerisms puts him right 'up there; with my top 10 'most hated list'....... the list is as follows:-

1. Reg.....formerly of Coronation St.

2. That stupid little fool with the beard from the Safestyle windows advert

3. Bill Oddie

4. Terry Wogan

5. Ray Mears

6. Alan Titmarsh

7. The 'slap-nut' from Location Location

8. The pufter off coronation st.

9. That shoplifting ***....Richard Madley

10. Louis Walsh from X factor

sorry :good:

you forget that 'dom' who is that dodgy car salesman and does the series where they break into peoples houses.

Also mike brewer (sp) the car salesman who does the restoration projects on cars (or rather gets his mechanic to)

during autumn watch, which is set on martimere I shoot his geese. The gunshots are never on the programme though. Strange that

JDF

Last year I watched intently to see if anybody was going to have a pop at them as they came in, but didn't see anybody. The missus wondered what the hell I was doing when i got up close searching the fields and hedges behind :lol:

Autumn watch starts Monday 5th November, I look forward to more Red Deer Rut footage, Oddie is just annoying and that woman as long as she wears tight sweaters :good:

I remember watching an episode where he wasdiscussing the red squirell and that greys were 'managed'. He moved swiftly and cleanly past any detail of the management of the greys but implied that any caught and removed were kindly rehoused, but of course we all know what really happens.

Yes Mr Chocolate advert voice over is indeed an anti of the highest order.I say that because his sickly pewling permeates the bloody airwaves.Which is enough in this part of the world to make you a credible opinion.Has been known to win elections.

He is a prize ****.

The little man is a despicable twit and would reckon he knows as much about the countryside , wildlife and its management as ,"a dog knows about its own father."

That quote was by the late Charlie Maguire of Isle of Whithorn in Wigtonshire, one of lifes great characters who I was priviliged to know all to briefly many years ago. Charlie was fond of using that expression when he encountered bull*******s. A description which fits the little **** to a T :good:

I just switch off, every which way......

It's the blinkers that get me - so ferevently wrapped up in the wider cause but blind to some simple facts - squirrels, magpies, corvids, domestic cats = naughty and no good to the indigenous bird population.

I dare any wildlife presenter to tell it how it is - do the birds a favour and wallop a squirrel / corvid. If they took a more practical and common sense approach I might make it to the end of an episode.

I saw on some program that it is illegal to release Grey Squirrels if you have caught them as they are not an indigenous species, they have to be killed.
