Is it time to create another sub-genre of thread?

I don’t imagine that Labour are going to improve their attitudes, so these threads will only increase.

Perhaps a single location for the rants will make life easier for Mods to keep an eye on the bile?

Hello, interesting post but Bile seems very inappropriate for PW members opinion🤔

Have you read the comments?

As somebody who’s posting on these subjects - I despise Labour and all their infernal lies - I think “bile” an accurate description.

Does anyone only open certain sections on here?

I open a title that spikes my interest regardless of any section its posted in.

This,,,, and why is this in the Playpen ? Not exactly humorous 🫣😆😇

When we were debating brexit we had a few posting on both sides of argument and we had a very lively debate.

Sometimes  heated but never in agreement.

On the subject of the new labour government everyone seems to hold the same view about them

No, there are 4 or 5 Members who seem intent on telling the rest of us just how good things will be under TWO TIER KIER and his Labour Government.

I enjoyed the Brexit debates. Disappointed that that even those that wanted to stay in the EU underestimated the disastrous economic impact of leaving.

I think we would all agree that the last chimp party in power was possibly the worst government ever or at least since Brown. I think we would also agree that whilst we may have some concerns we hope that the new incumbent does a lot better.

Not a bad start with Fiscal responsibility 👍, sorting out the right wing thugs 👍, binning the chopper 👍.  Lets see where they go next.

I chose the Playpen deliberately.

So many posts include, “I believe,” “I heard from a mate down the pub,” “I saw a YouTube journo say…” that I find most of the comments comedic. Even worse is the belligerent refusal to face up to the disaster that is Starmer & co.

Regardless of the location, to me it makes sense to keep it all in one place - and try not to take it too seriously. There’s nothing we can do until the next General Election and it’s not worth keeling over with a coronary…

agree with what you and flashman says in the last post.................thing about the "old Brexxit thread" it was more or less a single issue ...and the post / easily contained..........

the thing with this /these threads ...it is MULTIPLE issues...all worthy of their own paragraphs...thats why when you flick onto "off topic"..its very much inyer face and hits you..........

and it is going to get worse...we can all see that now.........that Racheal Reeves is a hard bitten bag...like sue Grey..et al..............Starmer is a stalking horse ...his strings are being pulled by the nasties and vindictive lot............

I find it funny that someone so sick of reading political threads on PW, thinks the best way to solve that is to start another political thread🤣🤣🤣

Could always ignore them if it bothers him that much. Personally I like to see alternative views and opinions that challenge my thinking.

Starmer was the political equivalent of a pigeon decoy. Used to lure the voters in to be shafted later

Did you read my post?
I’m not sick of the threads, but there’s going to be a lot of them, so let’s ring fence them in one place.
Different point - some of the comments are David Icke-mad, hence Playpen.

Yes. The clue was describing peoples posts as rants and bile, this thread is a bit pot, kettle black, especially as imo you appear to be a bit of a David Cameron fan boy. Different strokes and all that.
