  9. Looking for replacement liner for a wrought iron plant holder for Mrs Eyefor. Waste paper bin shape base 23cm diameter x 36cm high x 34cm top diameter. Would anyone know a weaver who could make one please (or anywhere I might buy a bespoke basket)? Thanks in advance.
  10. Definitely not. I'm just jealous of people in other parts of the Country that don't live in a surplus cartridge free zone 😉 And to make matters worse, I'm moving nearer to the centre of that zone
  11. ...which gives me no bloody chance 😩
  12. Several on AirgunBBS - a BSA Meteor with scope just went for £55.

  14. When I was working in the US, the son of the Boss (arrogant, rude, over rich, loud mouthed, Porsche driving ****) got done for speeding for considerably over the speed limit, had to attend Court and was fined (IIRC $1100) plus ordered to do the USA online speed awareness course. When I asked him how he got on with the course he replied "Easy. I paid the maid $100 and she did it in my name". Why is there never a length of 4 x 2 around when you need it?
  15. ..or Bedfordshire / Northamptonshire / Cambridgeshire ?

    Centre pin reel

I'm not selling mine but I would recommend you take a look at the Okuma Sheffield (some on FleaBay). Having owned many centre pins they are a much better reel than the Allcocks and several others.
  17. No need to go to Doctors surgery or hospital for your blood tests. Machine is well used but clean and functioning BUT one of the battery connections has sunk into the battery box (see picture below, it's the battery on the left)) which I bodged years ago with a bit of copper out of an old plug. Has worked fine since but could easily be fixed by anyone handy with a soldering iron? Comes with spring loaded stabbing stick thing (with a couple of unused stab sticks), manual and other instructions plus an empty tube to ensure your Doctor supplies the correct test sticks (if you're on blood thinners and need regular testing you should get these test sticks and stab sticks on prescription). Will come fitted with new set of Duracell AAA batteries (currently in the post from Fleabay) all in it's own zipped carry case. Cost new well over £500 and the cheapest (used) complete machine currently on FleaBay is £200 (some - used - are £399) so £120 posted seems fair.
  18. Barchart (www.Barchart.com) is worth a look. I use it for commodities and currencies but you can create your own portfolio across stocks, futures, commodities and currencies.

What about used Heras fence panels? Normally plenty on eBay or FaceBook marketplace?
  20. To be honest Mel, so would I - because one way or another we have to pay back the debt - BUT I just don't see the vast majority thinking in the same manner. Stay safe. Iain
  21. ..that would be like giving money to your partner who has already told you they want a divorce? Good point.
