Corbyn just protests against everything, he's a one trick dog. Clegg is desperate to get his face on TV at every opportunity. He will be in the jungle soon. Kahn has to be seen as anti US to maintain his support base who are themselves anti US

That could be taken two different ways

A lolly stick and two rubber bands will sort that that out. He's very practical

Always look on the bright side, I have said this very seriously to myself in the past. Its lucky you are not a horse...……. Actually, you are lucky you are not an American people think I'm being flippant but I'm not at all. The treatment we get here is amazing compared to anywhere else.

David Cameron's salary and that of his team during the campaign? After announcing the referendum he should have stepped back and remained completely impartial. I don't think any of his actions or comments were legal because he represented the Government. Can you imagine the rows if the Queen had pitched in? Well as Prime Minister he is appointed (technically) by the Queen.

There is a contractual difference between private and commercial users of water. At the time of the last ban round here the car washes stayed open. Which seemed an anomaly because having a clean car is probably the lowest priority in a shortage.

Vectan powders are French made by Nobel Sport. Vhit powders are cheaper in US too.

All canals are tatty in places, they were built to transport goods to and from industrial centres

Its the time of the year, we have loads too

Quite a number of the comments on this thread don't seem to take into account that scopes are fragile and easily damaged. A lot of scopes have quite delicate threads on the adjustment mechanism, they can be damaged quite easily if dropped, even lightly, or over enthusiastically tightened beyond the limit of its travel. If you ever get an old broken scope make a point of cutting it open to see all the workings inside, its an education.

Because it was hijacked by Tommy Robinson supporters

Garages and workshops used to have heaters that burned waste engine oil years ago

+1 but it might cost more to chase them
-
Or at least chuck them deep enough into the hedge/nettles/undergrowth where they can't be seen by people walking by.

Different source of components?
Vince Green replied to Dazv's topic in Bullets, Cartridges and Reloading
A lot of powders used by commercial loaders are not available to the amateur reloader and neither is the loading data. -
I just don't like the man, there is something about him that's not right

I would seriously like to do this but I don't know how to start. In fact its the first I have heard of it. Perhaps that's a significant factor in the decline of a lot of country sports, they are like a secret society. Not exactly broadcasting its availability is it? Years ago we used to go fishing on the canal and when the bailiff came along you gave him a shilling

When I saw all the protestors on TV my first thought was, why have none of these people got a job to go to? Even if I had wanted to protest, which I don't, it wouldn't have been possible on a week day.

New World Order conspiracy theorists would not be surprised by this

I think it is definitively the most dangerous

That form of road racing is madness really, yes I know nobody makes them do it so lets not get into that debate. The extreme danger is the buzz but twenty odd years ago these bikes were hitting 110-120 mph. Now they are doing 190. Now I know if you hit a wall at 110 you will still be dead but the higher speeds reduce your time to react by roughly half.

I doubt the industry could cope without plastic wads. Most cartridges are loaded on high speed automated loading machines that need plastic wads to run at optimum speeds. They can load fibre as a special but only in conjunction with a much bigger volume of plastic.

No but if you **** once it hits the ground it belongs to the water company.

The council will love you for putting them in the domestic recycling. Every time they find 'ammunition' it causes the equivalent of a bomb scare and they have to stop the sorting conveyer while some specially trained supervisor comes down and assesses them. They don't recycle them anyway.

If you have room to do it that is the correct answer, don't say I'll get my coat, not to shoot it that way but to check whether the scope is actually working through its entire range of clicks. If its the mounts it will do the same both ways up. you don't actually need to shoot it if you can bore sight it
