    Rayburn advice

Hi Zapp, a Rayburn is placed in situ in one piece as apposed to an Aga which is built in position. A general heating engineer can connect it all up as with any other gas boiler following installation instructions which are mostly available online. I might be useful to look for independent Aga/Rayburn engineers in the area though as you will no doubt need one for service/repairs in the future. If you know of the model of Rayburn you are interested in i can advise further on reliabilty and availability of spares etc. Quite happy to advise by pm if you prefer.👍
  5. A fine way to spend an hour or so. I enjoyed the same on Sunday afternoon and like you found the shot birds full of berries with some having grain gleanings too. Suprised to not find rape in any of them yet. The birds are in great condition though and make very good eating. Well shot J👍
  6. Well done J, great little session👍
  7. I'm sure you will work them out if they hang around long enough JDog. Not so many migrants here but local populations still busy on berries. Will be a while before they are causing problems on the rape!
  8. I am slightly jealous too! Great fieldcraft Dr D Well shot👍
  9. Well done chaps, very testing birds in that wind I imagine
  10. Nice to see you are still getting amongst the pigeons👍
  11. Nice report, had a similar session on peas the same size on tuesday and many of the birds had green wheat and barley in their crops. I feel bags on the peas may become lighter from now.
  12. Nice to read you are out again Old Boggy
  13. Well done gents. A bit too warm for me to be out past few days but we are generally shooting similar size bags on peas which are the same as in the picture. Ours were drilled, first week of June.
  14. I have plenty of the regular reed warblers at the back of my house on the banks of the river Hull. Been an absoloute joy to hear them singing their hearts out well into darkness on an evening.
  15. Well done J, you are an ambassador for the sport👍
  16. Top drawer as usual gents. Seems you are going to get on fine with that little gun muncher, hasnt taken long to christen it! Nice report and lovely looking lab👍
  17. Possibly Lupins grown for seed.
  18. Some good sport to come off that ground by the looks of it. You are indeed a fortunate chap👍

probably some pfte and the seal washer you suggest. if the bolt head sticks out a bit perhaps it would be easier to notch out space in the inside of the stock rather than countersinking the cylinder. My mates had the hole for the gauge anyway so that wasn't a problem. Good luck.
