  1. If they're only split after firing I don't see it as a problem - it's not like there's another use for the brass once the round has been fired. On the other hand, cracks in the cases before the round is fired could cause problems
  2. My m2 cycles most cartridges I've put through it - the only thing it didn't like were some 24g cartridges I got at a clay ground. Also got a Vepr-12 which is great fun to shoot, bit too heavy to carry about a field all day though
  3. I'd be tempted to do it if I didn't have to do 2 years as a regular copper first, and then apply to transfer
  4. I use mine occasionally for rabbits etc, I prefer it to the HMR to be honest
  5. Take it apart and put it back together checking everything is properly aligned. Check barrel isn't touching stock as Harnser said

    Tough mudder

I did one a couple of years ago - do plenty of running to get yourself ready. I never ran more than about 6 miles during my "training" because I convinced myself that the obstacles would give me enough of a break from the running - I was horribly wrong! The last couple of miles were torture, my calves kept cramping up and I had to keep stopping to stretch out
  8. i think the old ones are done with wire and the newer versions use the tape. No problem, could be a hassle free solution for you!
  9. Milwaukee do a heated jacket powered by one of their 12v batteries, mine has been good - got me through some particularly cold days!
  10. I've got a 5 gun brattonsound I'm going to sell, drop me a pm if you're interested
  11. Some of the older Vaillants (can't remember models off the top of my head) have a rubber hose out the top of the primary heat exchanger, and these are prone to collapsing inside causing a blockage which prevents circulation. It's hard to say without being there to see what it does/doesn't do - hope an engineer gets back to you soon
  12. I had a 6 month wait for my 1:8 T3, not sure if there is still a waiting list but that may help you make a decision if you want/need it quickly.......

    Benelli M2 stock

    Still looking....
  14. You line a chimney for 2 main reasons: Efficiency Chimney system is not structurally sound A liner isn't necessary on every installation, but personally I would always line when fitting a stove. Burning wet wood will create problems no matter what type of chimney system you use
  15. 15mm 90 and a 15mm stem elbow will have a slightly tighter radius than 2 90s
  16. You could try Northallerton shooting shooting & countywear http://www.nsac.co.uk 01845 587207 I've had one from there not that long ago.
  17. ^ This. If you don't have a customer base yet then it's handy for getting your name out there. I used checked and vetted for a couple of years (large annual fee but you don't pay for leads) and I've got some decent customers from that. Don't use it anymore, as it's become just another expense, and I'm struggling to find time to sort all the graft I have at the minute.

    Benelli M2 stock

After a comfortech stock for my M2, preferably in max4 camo
  19. Buy the gun you like the most! If you want a short gun look for something with a 24" barrel. Don't rule out competing - I've only been to a few PSG shoots at the local club but I'm super excited to have a go at a competition, I've just booked up to do the ukpsa safety course so I can enter some

    Geese.

Most things will run with a badly placed shot, it doesn't mean you're undergunned. Although I personally wouldn't be shooting geese with a 12 ft/lb air rifle
