Me too. When you look back at most of our great leaders with hind sight you see this over and over again. Thatcher with the Belgrano is an obvious example. I would hate to be in their shoes with conflicting advice from all sides, an MOD constantly at the ready but in the case of Iraq clearly wasn't and after all the shooting is over there is very little thought for the aftermath. The rebuilding work so clearly needed to avoid a repeat is so easily overlooked. Iraq, Libya or even closer to home with Bosnia.

As soon as I see one not right its out with the air rifle nice and calm far side of the field. As imperfection says they don't last long when ill. I must say its a good thing for kids to be involved they learn so much about the circle life and takes much of the fear of things away through familiarity.

I just bought a set of the reduced price ones so I don't need any problems in advance

Strong leadership often requires tough decisions made for the right reasons at the right time. We want strong leaders to make the difficult calls.

I don't doubt it but it reflects current pressure on the asset class and the potential for forced sales. Difficulty of borrowing for construction will follow with a down turn in construction and a lot of jobs at stake. Uncertainty for investment may nullify any reduction in interest rates and even with reduced capital controls on banks lending will be problematic. No doubt a lot of migrant jobs in construction so the blow may be softened?

My point being you said we are not interested in net migration figures. Its laughable to look at gross when students make up a huge part of the equation. Your assertion to only consider gross figures is preposterous.

You may be, but international students coming to the UK are big business. Knowledge export is a UK strength, 436000 students in 2014/15 estimated value 14bn. They come and go or stay to work, surely we don't want to turn our backs on business? This must be measured 'net'.

Working hard their Patrol. In at 0300 sounds like a good night all round. The fields are just starting to be cleared around here with the barley coming off it should make for some good sport.
-
Has he tried speaking to the neighbour about the fence suggesting he clears the edge for them? A strimmer and application of roundup should take care of it for a while and they would probably happily let him do it.

Trading in property funds suspended.

Well. This started off as a sensible question looking for a simple answer and having read the advice it looks to me like no one has a definitive position as to what the law is? Am I wrong or is the law not clear?

Cracking day and bag well done. -
At last plenty of pigeons on the winter Barley. A nice and breezy day and 35 shot over just a rotary in a little over 3 hours. I know its not masses but for down here it was great. Standing crop with no options to shoot elsewhere meant I did not pick so many but it was good sport non the less. Nearly had a fox bounding over the crop but just out of range for no6. More Barley and another farm to shoot in the morning.

Had 3 pairs of muck boots but wearing them every day they only lasted a year for me. Now trying some cheaper versions and they seem pretty much the same for less money? Mate uses those heated socks in his.

Have you tried oiling it?

There's quite a few on here of that persuasion.

I use mine (Hilux) mostly two up. The seat folds away to make a small van. If there some more people or messy stuff I use the tub. Its great. I really don't see rear end grip on the road as an issue its a truck not a BMW.
-
Try B&W you have mastered it already that is just great. How close were you to that?

Well done mate good day good shooting.

I have an external Oil boiler its a Grant condensing boiler which my builder installed for himself. Its large enough to run two showers at same time with a small hot water tank to provide hot water when its in an off position. Whilst it runs the rads we mostly heat off wood. It is very very efficient. Its been in two years and cost (if i remember correctly) about £2500 to buy plus fitting. Its broken down twice. Water pressure release valve opened (for some reason) and then would not seal properly, jet blockage (bought second hand tank so may be some sludge or waste from installation.

Some are Pug ugly especially some with hardtops. As Fisher UK says drive properly and back end is not an issue. I love parking mine on the flat over night when its raining, letting it fill with water. Then reversing it down the slope in the morning and stopping whilst i open the gate and watching the waterfall out the back. Ahhhh simple pleasures
