Hi just Seen this post , my sister and her partner had a lage garden got permission to build a lage 4bebroom house with big bed rooms and a three quarter garage with a large utility room at the back good sized garden ,but before it was built they had a meeting with the building contractor,they came up with this if it it was built one time ,and on or under bugget the builder woud get a 5 percent on the sale price it seemed to work out well for them . The idear was to make sure the builder kept to his time ,and did not say theirs a hold up with the roofers or floor layers or kitchen fitters

One Christmas I said to ,my late wife we won't buy each other Crimbo presents ,ok was the reply ,so i did not buy any thing .come Christmas Day , we opened my family presents , then my wife gave me two presents , but nothing for her ,felt guilty for not buying ,still to this day I will not understand women's logic .

The same here my dad was a hard man but fair told the truth got hit once told a lie got hit with the belt three times had to chop wood dig the garden ,on Sunday's my brother and I had to go in the kitchen to learn how to bake and cook my sisters went out side to learn to chop wood grow veg .thanks to him I can bake bread cook a roast make jam and pickles . My sisters know how to grow veg and to lay a slabs or crazy paving or dress a rabbit pheasant . And he taught us all to strip down a rebuild a 2 stroke And a4 stroke engine But he was also handy with a needle and thread he liked to do enbrodred
