I guess you are just down to the jerks now ?? 💦

No probs !! Just that some Forces respond far quicker than others. Those in E Anglia and around, seem to do well, and have many happy customers ! Welsh Govmt and shooting is a major issue for BASC currently........just maybe the feds have been asked to slow down a bit ???? Could lead to a reduction in Licences due to people losing interest etc. Other Welsh shooters may be able to advise - I live on the other side of our country. Nick

I'm interested that you have been asked twice which Force is involved, and not responded !! Any reason ??

Very well done JDog !! 👍 👍 Never seem to see pigeons going onto Maize stubble round here, mind it is almost all cut young for fuel processing, so very little wastage on the ground, as the crop is still fairly "immature" . Out of interest did you pick dead birds, or leave them where they fell, which means you had 100+ decoys ?? 😉

If you bore-sight with a laser it will come out true to where the centre of bore is pointing. Trap guns have a degree of inbuilt lift due to your point of aim being modified by stock height and/or rib incline etc. But then, you can lift any gun's point of aim by playing around with stock/rib height / incline etc.

Looks like you will need to change your Member name - seems that 1 Cat still remains but the other must have got dinnerised, as there is only a head and 2 eyes left ??

Gamebore Pigeon Extreme
stockybasher replied to bev6345's topic in Bullets, Cartridges and Reloading
I use them on very hi driven partridges (example Drumlanrigg) through 5/8 and 7/8 chokes - awesome ! Also a good load for pheasants. I don't use them on pigeons !! -
Positive !

What happened to the "not more than 1/2 choke" etc as printed on the box. Your Zabala may disintegrate next time you use it !! "For HP Steel cartridges, ensure the gun is suitable for HP Steel and is stamped with a Fleur de Lys symbol.Proof House guidance suggests a maximum of half choke is used for all steel cartridges" says Eley !!
