12borejimbo
This has probably been asked before but I just wanted to get peoples opinions, I am an Estate Agent (no remarks please lol) and work from 8:30 till 6:30 Monday to Friday and have to work every Saturday 9-5, which is a tad inconvenient, so I really only have a Sunday or the evenings, and just wondered what people did for work and when they get out with the gun, I havnt been out for a while and thinking of moving agents as I have no time for myself. apache
I'm a vet, 8.30-6.00 Monday to Friday. Sat 8.30-12.00 two weeks in four. Then I spend 1/4 of my time off on call. Works out around 80 hours working and on call per week. So not much time in the evenings to shoot much.

Bloke
I was a specialist mental health nurse, running detox programmes for drug and alcohol abuse patients. Now retired on ill-health grounds, pensioned, and loving the time off ! (the money's not so good though ) shooting clays twice a week average, as that is about all the pension allows, and the mobility is not so good and trudging fields would be impossible. Trouble is, after 30+ years of shifts and antisocial hours, I still can't lie in, sometimes I am up as early as 10 AM !

Mrs Sweepy
Am in care (well i need to be ) I work for a private firm so i only get the nice sick people I can work from 8am till 9 pm seven days a week But as i work out in the community i can pop home everynow and again And nag Sweepy Its not a bad job only problem really is that sometimes the families of the clients you care for. Can come to rely on you alot and really do believe you can do the impossable. I also have a few clients with mental health issues. So on days when your feeling like **** you still have too go in and put on a happy smiley face. which can really be draining . It also have it funny days like today chasing a man with no clothes on Or having to bury a cat and then having to sing a song for it. Or even finding a cat in the oven(it ok oven not on) And yesterday i manage to cover myself in E45 which did give me strange looks in the supermarket. Mind you after all that i have always fancy running my own little tearoom. Dont worry i would wash my hands first. xxxxSuzy
