Chard
I shot my first registered Sportrap at Worsley yesterday run and refereed by our very own Nick T, brilliant weather and some nice targets, I enjoyed it so much I am going to go to enter the British Open Sportrap down at Doverage on the strength of it & will be attending the next one at Worsley. Considering this was my first attempt at Sportrap I was happy how I shot with a 40 ex 50 giving me the overall high score. I am kicking myself as I did birds only when I saw some AA and A class sporting shooters I know on the squad behind me and knew they were only paying out to high gun. I guess you have to be in it to win it Well done to Scott (whiskymac) who had the good sense to enter the comp and walked away with the high gun cash prize with a 37 ex 50.. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha We just laaaaarfed and laaaaaaaarfed. I expect I'd have got 49 or so

Greg_D
i know it is nowhere near the standard of some, but i am new to shooting (about a month) and yesterday i did skeet for the first time and got 15 and 18, on the 18 i missed 2 absolute sitters as well that even i know i should have got, so 20+ isn't out of the question. i was beaming when i finished that second set. As you were!!! Greg i also got 29/50 on a sporting layout which is an improvement to my average as well. not that the missus was interested when i got home, the miserable harpie... Markio
41x50 today for me at the local. Usual suspects in and i'd beaten the closest by 5 clays. Pleased with that, shame it wasn't a one of the quarterly trophy shoots. Apparently it was a hard shoot. Poofs.

paulos
There were a few pretty bad scores in tonight, but in all fairness, Urlay Nook shot very well and deserved their win. Some good scores from them

Claybuster
Worsley today for me, good shoot but a bit wind affected. I managed an 84 though I can see a 92+ winning it
JonD
Went out on the skeet this morning, really windy but dry. There were a few clays left from the previous shooters so each of us had a quick warm up shooting pairs on 4 and everything felt good. I have just changed my technique from swing through to maintained lead and also added 1" to the LOP of my gun so still getting used to everything. First round shot 25ex25, well happy as I hadn't shot one for a few months Then the monsoon rains arrived so didn't get to shoot another round but happy Jon.
