Cannon
Winchester SX3 28" barrel with a 1/2 choke at the minute. Seems to do the trick for clays anyway
PhilR
I've slimmed down my collection and I've just two left. My 29.5" Perazzi MX8 I bought new in 1991 and is now choked at 1/2 and 3/4 which I use for trap shooting. I've also got a 28" Miroku 800S choked 1/8 and 1/8 which I use for game and pigeon shooting. Breastman
Browning Cynergy Blackice 30" M/C for clays, pigeons and game. Chose it because it was the only composite O/U at the time and i'm 'allergic' to wood Benelli M2 24" M/C FAC 10+1 for PSG, clays and pigeons. Chose it because its light, fast, requires little cleaning and 24" is the shortest barrel you can get on a semi in the UK. Benelli Supernova 26" M/C FAC 11+1 for PSG, clays ( :yp: ) and pigeons. Chose it to compete in the manual divisions of PSG, because it makes a cool noise, requires zero maintanence and there were no 24" ones available at the time. Now with added gun porn! Alycidon
Beretta 687 lightweight game, 28 inch, AYA No2 28 inch AYA Yeoman 28 inch. I have maybe 30 years owned a Miroku 26 inch skeet gun and shot reasonably with it, as I am average height then 28 inch seems to work well but I did have a go with a Browning 32 inch the other week, it worked perfectly well, just a shade heavy. When you get to my age weight is important !!. A

PigeonEater
28'' Beretta 682 (old style with the silver action) M/ch for sporting clays 26'' MK 3800 (much better than the new mirokus) Cyl & Cyl for Skeet 26'' SX3 1/2 choke for pigeon 28'' Lang Underlever 1/4 & 3/4 for game
twitchynik
I've seen and had a go on this gun, as has TwitchyNik, i quite liked it! AB Aye, indeed. It's a bit weird weilding the GTi as it should feel a lot heavier than it is on paper and looks in the flesh..! Shot with it again a few weeks back and now feels odd compared to the gun I've settled on... Miroku MK38 Trap with 32" barrels bored out to 1/4 and 1/2 Needed a high comb and the longer barrels give a better, steadier swing for me

bakerboy
Where is all this taking us. I would guess the result as:- 28" barrels are the most common Hatsan-Browning-Berretta in that order as the most popular gun 1/4 & 1/2 most popular sporting choke What would be your guess. bakerboy Edited February 18, 2011 by bakerboy

dai_ceyl
The two as of yesterday, both Beretta's Beretta Ultralight De-lux with a 28inch barrel, 1/4 choke top 1/2 bottom although I can swap a full choke in or out but I usually keep the 1/2 in. Beretta A400 Xplor, also with a 28 inch barrel, 1/2 choke although i've not had a chance to try it yet, and I cannot wait to do so. I have a skeet choke just waiting when I go shooting with my team! Pictures to follow!

Aya yeoman mc 28" mc 1/4&1/2 as they are all I got with it,son uses it not bothered about chokes. Parkemy side by side 28" or just under choked 3/4&3/4 lovely light game gun for carrying in the field.

Chokemeister
Benelli SuperNova 24" pump for Skeet. Yes really, had to use my Fowler in an otherwise gunless period recently, found it shoots Skeet better than anything else I have. Never need to worry if it's raining. Stumpy little 24" barrel amazed me. On racking the action, hearty John Wayne style hoots of "Yee-Haw" from other shooters keep us all amused This gun is so tough, you can break most clays just by pointing it at them. It will probably outlast my shooting career. Guerini Summit Trap for... Trap. 32" barrels, with click-on barrel weights, you can get a personalised balance just...perfect... Why? Best backup in the country, in fact the world. Hugely adjustable rib gets my POA-to-POI exactly where I want it. A lot of gun for the money. Did I mention the customer service and backup? it's so good, I had to mention it twice.
