redhob Posted September 14, 2011 Report Share Posted September 14, 2011 hi.a piece of hard wood 3x2x7 mortice out ahole 1/2 inch smaller than a playing card. do the same with a piece of 1/4inch ply same measurments. a one gallon metal oil can with top cut off filled with coolent. ***** a playing card full of holes with a needle. place 1/4 ply across top of can playing card next ,then your hard wood block. ladle molten lead in, not to much at a time till you get used to it,keep changing cards Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
