Been away all week on a course and staying at a premier inn so as the company are paying i`m making the most of it!! Back to normal as from tomorrow dinner time. muggins. phaedra1106 Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 Busy cooking in the oven as I type (only 45mins to go!), all freshly made by me, buttery mash, chicken casserole with loads of diced chicken breast, spuds, onions, carrots, leeks and an assortment of herbs and spices (dependant on what i have in the cupboard) and some nice fluffy and golden brown crusty topped dumplings Made about 2 gallons of it so big hearty warm meal for my daughter when she gets home out of the cold & wet, a plate full each for me and my son and the rest into the freezer in man size portions Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
