Fatcatsplat
Long Island Iced Tea is fabulous mainly cos it seems to have the most booze (5 measures) in it but also 'cos it's luvverly. Black Russians and Rusty Nails are great but you don't really need a shaker for them. Mojitos and Capairinhas (?sp) are fab as well. Don't for get the humble martini either - Have it dry or dirty!! (Dirty with 3 pimentos is fantastic!!)

figgy
Love most cocktails if not to sour but drink jugs of mojitos like water till I fall over I even eat the mint. In Ibiza I had a chocolate milk one that was lovely. My wife likes them more than me the bar bills are huge. ATB figgy
notsosureshot
Pina Colada, Rodney. Almost forgot, Long Island Iced Tea is a wonderful cocktail, but its strong as hell and most likely wont fit in a shaker if you use full measures, but hmm, its a lovely one. Never thought I'd like the whole raw egg white thing, but it works. Edited January 7, 2012 by notsosureshot

twitchynik
Either a Gin Espresso Martini (with Tia Maria, not Baileys) or a Gimlet (with lime cordial, not freshly squeezed lime). Both with Tanqueray. Closely followed by a Hendriks and Fever Tree Tonic with cucumber.
