unapalomablanca
Well in my case I am playing the game of prepaying school fees vs DB9. When they (the kids) annoy me the DB9 becomes favourite but it's touch and go. Or you could put them in the local state school and have the DB9 for sure! Vince Green
Having had an Aston Martin there is no way I would have another. Mid life crisis car. Crisis re-occours every time you put it in for service. Huge bills for simple things. Might as well just sit at home and burn £5 notes. At least that way you can keep warm. Best hot car to own is a vintage Mustang. Very basic, very simple, parts are cheap and plentiful although you have to order from the US. they come in within a few days. Cheaper than most UK cars, and any mechanic can do the work, solid and very reliable. Corvette is much the same. digger
Iveco flat bed tipper for work, Alfa 147 2.0 lt twin spark for the rest. Best car Ive had for a long time, more reliable and fun than the Focus ST I had before. Goes from a fun warm hatch to grin inducing go cart handling loon as soon as it goes above 3500 rpm. Drinks more than a glaswegian lotto winner though . Now part exing it for a Mondeo auto as wife is pregnant and learning to drive :o

88b
Them innova's are alright I reckon, when I was in Chennai in August I picked one of those over a BMW - with a driver of course. Other than driving the missus round the bend... I'm constrained to Fords these days. We have a Kuga auto and SMAX auto both in diesel at the moment. They are company cars and I ordered the Kuga specifically for my mum who will take ownership of it once the replacement arrives (Focus estate diesel) hopefully by the end of next month. I'm driving the SMAX at the moment and looking forward to the Focus arriving. I'm normally a Mondeo estate man but normally have to order a replacement after 3months or 3000 miles so barely get to run them in :-( LL6 + ? -Mongrel-
Citroen Xsara estate for family use, one of those utterly uninspiring cars that does everything it should really well. Good economy, dogs and kids all fit, easy to drive etc, etc....I use it very rarely. I'd rather be in my 2.8td SWB Pajero.

njc110381
Well it's right what they say... All walks of life can get into shooting. DB9? Good lord, someone's made an effort to do well in life (and fair play to you too)! Me... I drive a Ford Ranger for work and a Golf V6 4Motion for fun at the weekends (if the mrs will let me borrow it). I could do better if I worked harder but I firmly believe that life's too short for work! I do less than 30 hours per week and generally take an afternoon off to go shooting. I do need to pull my finger out - I'm test driving an Audi S4 tomorrow and that isn't going to be cheap to run!
