Thedeerman
Volvic (or own brand) flavoured still water. Cool not ice cold as I cannot drink it fast if too cold. I love the lemon and lime volvic. Done 4ltrs today whilst working out in the sun. Not a drink, but I had an orange callipo today too and that hit the spot.

Ped
Rock shandy 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice 3 dashes Angostura bitters Cold soda (sparkling) water or lemonade load of ice Spot that man! Found rock shandy when visiting a gold mine in Jo'burg a few years back although a slightly different version - half soda, half lemonade, bitters and ice and a slice. After spending five hours about 9000 feet under ground at about 38 centigrade, rock shandy hit the spot Ped
