Best grub to re heat in the Microwave

Curry is great second time round :)

 

A close second (no pun intended!) in our house is my home made Lamb Hotpot or Chicken Casserole. I always make a load of it with the intention of freezing the extra but every time I make it my son eats whatever I put in the fridge during the night!.

im a bit of a foodie and all i can say is beware of reheating rice , cooking it properly first time kills off the bacteria but the spores of the bacteria still remain, as the rice cools down the spores create bacteria (between 5 and 60 deg C) and it multiplies like a field full of bunny wabbits , so if your gonna eat cooked rice second time around try to cool it as quickly as possible to prevent the spores/bacteria from multiplying and make sure you reheat it properly so its piping hot
