fenboy
A great bag ,but I really cannot understand the logic behind having a 28 gauge and the putting a 28 gram load through it , you might as well use a 12 and save the extra on cartridges ! the pigeon man
They were cheap ha only 4 quid a box bought in bulk off a clay ground can't fault the 28bore unreal gun

I disagree, a smaller lighter gun can be much more enjoyable to carry and use in the field. It's why I bought a 20gauge (and use 28gram loads too) Must be a bloody long shot column in a 28gauge though

Great hide gun So how come it kicks less ?, I thought the accepted rules were that the heavier the gun the less the recoil , so in theory a 12 gauge sporter should kick a good bit less than a 28 gauge if they are both shooting the same load ?? Underdog
Could be due to using slower powder than a twelve does! Good shooting sir,,,,an ounce of shot out of any GUAGE is formidable! Why should someone use a 28g,,,,,,because they can and thats plenty reason enough U.

ukkat
Great shooting joe. And you finally broke the tone. I bet you have still not made a dent in them though!!! And to all the guys on here I have used the gun and it does shoot very well. And I am seriously considering buying one as im still nursing bruises from my 12 gage from when I went out with joe on wednesday!! Glenn.
