simon6ppc Posted September 4, 2013 Report Share Posted September 4, 2013 hi guys me and driller were back on the pigeons again yesterday to a freshly cut barley field,to be honest it was quiet again as the birds dont seem to be about the same as usual ,we shot for 3 hours in total and ended up 60 with a few away,but the good thing was they did decoy very good,infact the best this year so far which was good for a change,also our dogs did good picking up which to me i enjoy more than shooting some times,cheers simon Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JDog Posted September 4, 2013 Report Share Posted September 4, 2013 Every once in a while pigeons do decoy as if they are on wires. I posted about that a month ago when they came down from a great height into the pattern. How exciting and how easy it was to miss them descending so fast. You must be a couple of thousand ahead of Pigeon Controller at this stage - even though he has been getting an all-over tan in Greece for most of the summer.
