Well im bloody hungry. No junk food yesterday normally have a free bacon and egg buttie from Jewson ,chocolate a few bars, biscuits and cake all day from customer. Get home no sweets before evening meal. Settle down in from of tv and lap top i could normally finish off a few rice pots and a packet of biscuits maybe some crisps before bed. Instead i had wheatabix x3 apple x1,10oclock banana x2 pear x2, lunch ham salad,evening meal beef mash and peas followed by a cuppa and three biscuits,evening some weight watchers crisp thingys. GOD I WAS HUNGRY BEFORE I WENT TO BED it's going to be hard my sweet tooth is saying biscuits and cake please :devil: :devil:

I've drastically reduced the fizzy drinks. I've not had any chocs/sweets, although there are loads around the house after xmas. I've upped the exercise (think I may kill the dog :lol: ) but I did have fish and chips tonight. Maybe I'll jog around the clay grounds this weekend...

 

Lampwick - I've been eating carrots like there's no tomorrow as snack food, they fill you up and have not many calories. Don't deny yourself everything you enjoy, just moderate what you do have, and don't give up after one little slip :D

Got a feeling this week was not the week to start.

 

Shooting 4 days out of 7, Tuesday driven shoot North Devon including roast lunch, night in a hotel with the other guns, far too much wine and beer, Wednesday cooked breakfast in the hotel, different driven shoot North Devon again with shoot lunch. Thursday back home in Cornwall walk one stand one lunch included and a few drinks after (not driving). Saturday walk one stand one with lunch. Friends 50th birthday party Saturday evening.

 

I have tried to be good but could not miss out on the fun. Find out how I have done on Monday weigh in.

I've only had 1 slice of bread in 5 days where normally I'd polish off a loaf or 2. Have cut out my junk food consumption and am living off the hairy bikers diet book. I really recommend this book if you like your food, there is even a healthy kebab recipe with garlic sauce.

 

I feel like I have so much more energy already, roll on Mondays weigh in.

Well the 1st weigh in has arrived.

 

Weight loss 2lb, will have to try harder. :oops:

On the bright side that is 10% of my target :lol:

 

My excuse, I have been finishing off the temptations.

Well done :D I'll be borrowing my neighbour's scales again tomorrow, so will update then.

 

Moving the slider - go into your sig and look at the code you pasted originally - there are 3 numbers which (I think) are start weight/target weight/current weight. So you'll have 100/80/100. Change the second duplicate figure so you have 100/80/98. I think it'll work like that. If not, change the first one :D
