Worzel-gummidge
Apologies if this has been on here already but I was reading another forum yesterday and came across a thread. the OP had decided to open up one of his cartridge's to find split shot, washers and different sized shot. It wasn't just one apparently he opened a few and all were the same, full of junk. No wonder why I cant hit nothing. super sharp shooter
That looks terrible. If I opened that I would not be happy and would be contacting the manufacture with a strong email. If it's true. Am I allowed to stick a link in to the original site so people can follow it?

Markr
fair play on the shop for changing them for him, but i'd of kept hold of the rest as potential proof as now its his word? BUT Eley should be looking at dropping him a slab or 2 off as a sign of goodwill.
aris
Says they were bought in 2009.

webber
From what I can see from the picture it's all split or deformed shot. I really can't see Eley loading cartridges with that rubbish. Odd deformed shot, minor variations in size possibly, but that lot resembles the contents of my jacket pocket 40 years ago. webber

deershooter
that stuff wouldnt run through an industrial loader, so fink its bogus. I totally agree here that's the contents of a 14 year olds coat pocket and there is no way I believe that was loaded in to a cartridge the split shot will not be lead as it was banned over 20 years ago This is a wind up Deershooter
Lord Geordie
That looks like something I would load  Good non tox cart using the new lead free split shot?
fenboy
No way was that lot found in a cartridge ----------------------------------even a Eley one !
Dangerous Brian
A few of the "pellets" look like used one from an airgun- flattened/ mushroomed. Even with the problems with Eley mentioned on other threads here I can't see them using that in their loads.

Hamster
It's real and called a MacNab 32g GameOver. If you look carefully you'll see the sg shot is for deer, the odd number 6 for partridge which of course just leaves the trout to be caught using the fishing lead. Harnser
I should think that they were found in the Bunker . It has got to be a hoax . Harnser.
