big bad lindz
I am looking for a good strong weed killer and have see that there is a wide choice of Glyphosate from different manufactures available. Can any one recommend a particular brand or are they all much the same. Cheers, BBL
felly100
Go to your local ag merchant and buy a five litre tub of clinic ace. You won't go wrong with that.

team tractor
Petrol kills grass trust me :( Sorry dad Speak to your farmer and get some as I did and works great. I leant my dad some and he sprayed the block pavers with it then walked across his back lawn .doh Two weeks later his foot prints appeared all the way up to his pond . Funny tho
Konnie
ask your farmer, depending on how big a area you are covering, 5 litres will last for ever and you have to find safe storage should the worst happen, will take some explaining, at our ag merchants they won't sell unless it's to a account holder. figgy
Most of the stuff shops sell is carp, better of hitting the weeds with the container it came in. Get some off a farmer or landscape Gardner. Figgy

lxtav
Sodium chlorate is now banned in all EU countries. You were only allowed to keep and use it up till May 2010 when it became illegal to use/keep. Bit of a pain as it was great for keeping the yard clear. lexikia
Just ordered Clinical Ace from www.pitchware.com, cost me £35 including delivery. Expensive but buying small packets form Wilkinson's cost me £8 at time and never seem to work.

figgy
I'm sure you can buy it still as something different for a different use, same chemical though. If you spilt some of this other product allover some weeds they may die. Figgy Edited April 28, 2014 by figgy

felly100
Never heard that one before, classic. I think if I started bashing dandelions in my garden, with an empty tub of roundup, the men in white coats will carry me off.
