shoot and be safe
Yes, funny you should say that, I'm told you can see even the Wirral from Orston Parish church spire, home of the Maglad and the really dodgy accents... I always get very nervous about going North of Watford Gap, I keep checking to see if my wallet is still in my pocket, it's just force of habit in the land of the "get something for nothing" Scratchcard mentality.... Cat. You don't need to get your wallet out as much north of Watford Gap as everything is cheaper and the small change in your pocket will cover most things
Mentalmac
Is it true that in the North nearly all men drink Bovril every day? My colleague was talking about buying some Bovril so we can see what it's like in our office...

loriusgarrulus
Ask Will Poon about getting stuck in the mud. He is now expert on it. Forget BMW. Land Rover every time. If you have a pintle mount for the Land Rover all the better. Edited February 11, 2015 by loriusgarrulus

Teal
BREAKING NEWS Following careful consideration of the clay shooting calendar (props to Shaun4860315235934 & Phil R), the PW Catton Rifle shoot, avoiding bank holiday weekends, and fitting in with the schedule at Orston. I am pleased to confirm that the 2015 Pigeon Watch North vs South Charity Shoot will be on Saturday 16th May 2015 @ Orston Shooting Ground I know there will never be a perfect date for everyone, but I do hope that this date will work for as many people as possible. fenboy
And for the third year in a row , I will be working Perhaps some consideration could be given to get the 2016 shoot booked much sooner so those of us that regularly have to work weekends have a chance to book a holiday , it is almost impossible to get a holiday at short notice between May - September. I hope those of you that can make it have a great day.

grrclark
Regrettably that conflicts with one of the SCTA registered sporting shoots, although I don't think you have much of a Scottish contingent anyway apart from Tam. Hopefully I will attend the PW day, shall confirm later.
