oliver90owner
Says it all, really. Any comments on his entry to the stage from far left (or was it just left of right?). Will it help or damage the reds campaign? Is the blue corner rubbing their hands with glee or wringing them with worry? Personally, my thoughts are as title - b liar - but there we go..... welsh1
A lying manipulative fool that is responsible for the deaths of a lot of good men and women, I wouldn't urinate on him if he was on fire. Millipede must be dreading the egomaniac taking over and taking the spot light off him.
keg
love him or loath him he has been the most influential politician in British politics since the second world war I disagree, that was Mrs T, all Blair did was move the party to the centre, making the Tories unelectable because he was there already. He promised the world, inherited a country in a good place and was hailed as the new Messiah.... He was a snake oil salesman. He did dabble with the Tories for a while. Was just after power. Fisherman Mike
love him or loath him he has been the most influential politician in British politics since the second world war I agree.. made some tough decisions and stood by them... Its easy to slag him off but a lot of people did very well under the Blair Government. Toppled a despot and was instrumental in achieving a lasting peace in NI. Danger-Mouse
Toppled a despot and was instrumental in achieving a lasting peace in NI. I think you mean he lied through his teeth so that he could start an illegal war for regime change. And he finished off the work that John Major started and claimed a lot of the credit. Its easy to slag him off but a lot of people did very well under the Blair Government. Toppled a despot and was instrumental in achieving a lasting peace in NI. Cobblers, we could have toppled the "despot" in Op Granby but we obeyed the mandate we were given, blair and bush decided that they wanted a war to big themselves up and then fabricated the biggest fairy story since the brothers Grimm were in action, the resulting fall out has destabilised the whole middle east cost many thousands of civilian lives and the count to our and our allies troops has been awful, the man is corrupt and would sell his soul, sorry has sold his soul to get a few quid,as said i wouldn't urinate on him to save him,but i might spend a few quid on a couple of litres of unleaded. And lets not forget it was blair and his cronies that handed out 187 "get out of jail free "letters to people who can it seems not be prosecuted for the slaughter of innocents and troops in NI,blair as usual carries on using his propaganda machine to try and convince everyone he is a good guy, what a crock of excrement he is. Scully
Asked daughter to knock off the prog' she was watching so I could see the news at 6. Blair was headline so told her she could put her prog' back on. I can't stand to see his face nor hear his voice. The phrase 'when you can fake sincerity you've got it cracked', suits him perfectly. I detest the man intensely.

Gunman
Blair , why is this man still at liberty ,traitor and war criminal .Strikes me that they are now convinced that they will lose so need a scape goat .Labours main aim now is not being wiped out by the SNP . chrisjh
He brought to an end the war in Northern Ireland strangely Blair was then the conduit to the Gulf war, we could reap the outcome from that for the next 200 years, i said he will be the most influential politician in British politics what were now entering in terms of political dynamics will see a world shift Tony Blair was at the fore front of that. Maggie closed the mines, enabled a small sector of society to become wealthy, made greed good, and got lucky in the Falklands

Psyxologos
I do not understand how this guy has the audacity to show his face in the UK. He has managed to do an immense amount of damage to the country and did not need any help doing it...

norfolk dumpling
Hate the man. Ruined the Labour party. I hear him and his cronies saying the appalling state of the UK finances at the end of their tenur nothing to do with them. They oversaw deregulation of the banks, sold off gold reserves at the bottom of the market, raided pension funds, moved million of unemployed onto disability allowances to massage figures, went to war (spent billions on this) on the basis of a lie, introduced the hunting act etc etc etc. Have we all got very very short memories?? Don't forget a lot of the characters involved in Blairs government are still involved. I wouldn't trust them with my piggy bank. The only rayof light for me is going to be the headlines in a few years if, god help us they are elected, with Balls as chancellor. Can you just imagine the headlines?
