Paul T
Well, eldest daughter had her viva (final Q&A) on her thesis yesterday and passed. She's done a few years now as a research biologist, spent years writing up her thesis on molecular and cellular oncology and this interview is the final hurdle over and done with. Graduation will be next July, but as of now she's still the first Doctor in the family and I'm a very proud Dad. Obviously, brains are from her Mum, before anyone says... Jega
Well done to your daughter mate ,and to you and mum for all the bucket loads of support you gave her along the way . Just don't forget a man size box of kleenex on graduation day ,believe me you will definitely need them those ceremonial halls seem to have a lot of flying dust round about graduation time.
