Nope. Yet more "scripted reality" trash. I've better things to waste my time doing.

That's a bit harsh zapp. If you had watched the series from the beginning then you would understand how much research has gone into finding the treasure . It's a very historical storey full of facts which to me is worth watching just for the history alone . The two brothers have invested 3 million dollars of their own money on the work and the research and they are far from being fools . Catch up with it ,I am sure you will enjoy it .

Not to mention the countless other people invested money into it including John Wayne and bust many more. Still haven't found anything though so I stopped watching it till someone tells me they found anything significant as wasted too much time on it already

Missed this week as forgot to set record, recap would be handy. It's the type of viewing where you hope they do find the treasure. Did anyone see the programme snake island where in the end they did find treasure and are continuing their discoveries albeit far away from the original place. Programme has finished now.

Yes i watched snake island and the new one were they have found gold object under a waterfall, some amazing stuff.

My other main love is metal detecting, and i think this is why i like this type of programe as when you sweep your coil you are not sure what is about to happen on the next swing, you get an amazing signal, you dig it, out it pops, a bleed shotgun cartridge Grrr all your fault lol.

I just love the idea of treasure seeking, I used to go down on the bank of the Thames in the City and when the tide is out look for artefacts. Don't get to do that much any more but I could spend hours just combing the shoreline. I also like the idea of metal detecting, I reckon I could do that for hours too. I would also like to fossil hunt and do a bit of archaeology - digging up the past interests me. Instead I watch the TV for my fix.

I had a flat overlooking the Thames once and was amazed how many people did metal detecting there. One bloke used to dig the most massive holes and of course it took ages because it would fill up when the ride came in no matter how much he protected it.

They find loads of stuff though.
