harrycatcat1
I didnt put this in sporting pictures as its not but if its considered in the wrong place please move. I saw this today and even Mrs Cat commented that it looked unusual. I cant say that I have seen one like it. The pictures were taken on my phone so not a Nikon 5300. Benthejockey
A place I used to work had a white blacks bird that used to dive across the gallops when we were galloping. It wasn't albino didn't have the pink/red eyes or pink feet. And there's a few pied jackdaws round and about here.

bruno22rf
Under new Racism regulations all Blackbirds are to be renamed "coloured" birds and must comply to this new dress code. Edited May 22, 2017 by bruno22rf
AVB
Under new Racism regulations all Blackbirds are to be renamed "coloured" birds and must comply to this new dress code. Sorry but that is also frowned upon nowadays. It would be 'bird of colour'.
BrowningB525
Under new Racism regulations all Blackbirds are to be renamed "coloured" birds and must comply to this new dress code. Black is actually the PC term. Coloured is apparently racist.
TIGHTCHOKE
Perhaps another bird carped on its head!
figgy
Coloured isn't PC anymore either its native some carp or other until some twerp finds that term derogatory and it will change to something else. We are classed as white do any of you get you get uppity about it, I no I don't Think that bird would be classed as mixed race Edited May 22, 2017 by figgy
Doc Holliday
I saw a blackbird with white patches the other week. A quick internet search suggested they are more common than we think. They are quite striking when you see them. Yours looks larger than the conventional garden blackbird though.
Mice!
Going off tangent slightly, yesterday morning I saw a thrush chasing, flying after a pigeon! Over several gardens around and down the river. Thought this was strange behaviour and tried telling myself it was a sparrow hawk which I knew it wasn't. Couple of hours later bit further away I see a black bird doing the same thing?? Anyone got any suggestions as to why??
