guy baxendale
Can anyone recommend a hide pole bag that can actually withstand some use? Thanks Guy

Old Boggy
You could try UKShootwarehouse, they do one for their new range of lofting poles that may well be suitable for hide poles. OB
everycal
Decathlon do one. I've brought it. Not used it much yet but seems well constructed.
telf
Which ever one you get , put a shallow 100mm dia rubber/plastic pot in the bottom stops the points going through
allanm
If you have an old used and abused gun slip just use that 👍

Spr1985
Not entirely sure how long your hide poles are but a second hand fishing rod bag may be just the ticket, a lot of them are reinforced at the bottom and the added bonus of a shoulder strap
old'un
For years I used an old lightweight canvas fishing holdall with reinforced bottom, until it eventually gave up the ghost, I could get 6 poles and about 15 pigeon sticks in it, plus my fishing brolly, since then I have bought a number of so called hide pole bags but all of them came apart at the seams or ripped with very little use. Make sure there is plenty of length and width for at least 5 poles, I have two longish poles that I use for the sides of my hide and they stick out the top of the bag by 2 inches in the bag I have just bought from A1 Decoys. I know what you mean when you say “actually withstand some use” most seem very poorly made.
snow white
I got a fishing hold-all you can put hide poles and lofting poles in and they are comfortable on shoulders
m greeny
I use a sea fishing rod bag holder made by titan. Think they come under the game of a rod quiver bag. Salt also make them too.
ShootingEgg
I use an old shotgun case. So zip opens full length and has handle and shoulder strap
Yellow Bear
Keep your eyes open at Lidl/Aldi for a ski bag.
