ditchman Posted April 3, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2020 onward and upward............had to enlarge the groove for the trigger arm...and also started to make 2 spaces for the guide for the firing pin..........i wont go into detail why...but as a result of the widened trigger catch the groove is now wider than the body.......i will let you figure out the rest...... im off out now for the first time in 4 days to do the electric key and get some milk....... will do some more tomorrow.... keep safe Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ditchman Posted April 4, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 bit short of time today so not much done...........my metal table saw is an old converted tile cutting machine...took the diamond blade off and put on a used steel cutting disc....its easier to use than a mini grinder chamfered the edges ready to weld tomorrow........... ditchman Posted April 5, 2020 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2020 got the welding done now....cleaned it up...firing pin slides nice and smooth now started to work on the placement and throw of the trigger lever........fettled it until the trow was about 35-40mm......its nice and smooth....will start making a trigger rivet and resonating chamber for the blank tomorrow...
