  1. I've had XPEL ppf fitted to the front of my new car in 2020. So far no chips or scratches, did have some bird droppings that marked the ppf but carefully removed the mess then gently heated the ppf and the mark disappeared.
  2. Stick an APC UPS on the router, I've got a 550VA one that runs for about 1 hour during power cuts.
  3. So do you use a straight razor to shave your head then?
  4. I tried a few brands and settled on Astra Platinum.
  5. Thanks for that suggestion Dougy, so I would be refused my FAC renewal because I shoot over my own land and don't know any other FAC holders to act as a referee.
  6. The Sisters of Mercy - Marian The Cult - Love Crass - Where Next Columbus? Discharge - A Hell On Earth Swans - A Hanging Exploited - UK82 Dead Kennedys - California Über Alles Subhuman - Evolution

  8. Merkur Slant Safety Razor 37 and Astra blades, the slant is more aggressive than a normal DE razor and really good for thick beards.
  9. Hi Ricko These are my fathers WW2 medals, still in the box they were sent in - similar campaigns to your great uncle, the defence medal ribbon is in the picture but the medal is missing. Not sure what the medal on the right is, it's in the box but might be not connected to WW2. Regards SD

  11. There were three questions about punk rock during that chase episode which is one of Packhams specialist subjects - that does suggest a slight loading of the questions.
  12. I don't really care what they're wearing, as long as they turn up and eliminate the "terrorist " I'm happy.
  13. A Merkur 34C safety razor is a good entry level DE razor. My favourite is a Dovo mammoth straight razor, but only use it a few times a year as a straight shave needs time and concentration.
  14. Astra Platinum for me as well along with a Merkur slant safety razor 37. Tried feather blades but they're almost too sharp.
  15. Hi Ditchman, I've dug out my alarm mine which is an older design, works very well and is proofed for 12g blanks.
  16. I use Hob Brite ceramic hob cleaner but the only way to get rid of cloudy glass is to replace it.
  17. I say we take off, nuke the site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure. Greed has poisoned men’s souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical. Our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost.
  18. It's possibly a corrupted APK file, you could try and clear the cache of the google play store then force stop the play store then check for updates. You can also clear the cache partition of the android device Please be sure to backup any information on the tablet before you clear the cache partition just in case....
  19. If the message centre number is correct and you've switched it off & on again and still can't send texts, try and clear the cache of the messaging app then force stop the app & try to send a message.
  20. 32ppl from Avanti rising to 37ppl in the second year - deal was arranged by Woldlink
  21. I had a Lift Assist Telescopic Bollard installed when the driveway was block paved. About £630 for the hardware. It's a manual bollard but is easy to set because of the lift assist.
  22. It'll be interesting to see how encryption standards adapt to quantum computing.
