Ultrastu
Thats cheating . You have to lug all your kit for at least 1/2 a mile then all your kit and pigeons back again .

oldypigeonpopper
Hello, I quite often cover my silver dihatsu in camo net and sit in the back, another net in front with 3 poles makes a nice comfy day decoying

This reminded me of this sketch from one of John Humphrey`s pigeon shooting books.
Hamster
A mate and I used to shoot out of the back of an abandoned transit size van, only needed a small net in front. Being shielded from wind and rain was bliss.

Centrepin
Horrendous 🤣 I took this the other day whilst setting up. 2 Crows all day, I put it down to them seeing the car. Now I've got to rethink another excuse. Edited June 17, 2020 by Centrepin
B725
I've had my car a lot closer than that when crow shooting and it made no difference they kept coming in.
