Gu5
Have you tried the adventure Motorcycle market? Seen little cans which can be mounted behind number plates or on outside of panniers etc. Might be what you need.

Pistol p
If you look into the laws involved with this, your hair will stand on end!. But serious, cover your **** on this, there’s a lot of legislation involved.
rovercoupe
Msr fuel bottles are the best you can get, will withstand a huge amount of abuse and can be stashed away until needed. I have one bottle with fuel that’s 4 years old and it still burns and am going to see how long it lasts before going totally off!

This is true, but just cover yourself and check the DSEAR laws and supply the correct stickers. It all goes wrong after the accident. Surprisingly, it’s and offence to carry fuel in spare container and also an offence to run out of fuel on a highway. Or so my instructor told me. I know what your saying about DSEAR, not gone through all that when I applied for use of petrol powered equipment at work. Was the label fire resistant that was on the plastic container officer
Old farrier
Surely a cordless chainsaw is the way to go it’s only for moving the odd branch or two even a sharp bow saw would make short work of a large branch
