sam triple
Nice I prefer a 20 bore on walked up game days , well up to the job but the reduction in weight of gun and cartridges is really noticeable

I have shot one of their 20 bore O/U guns, just superb ! Nearly as good as my 20 bore Geezer Cerini thing !
London Best
I will never own an O/U, especially one made by Dago Upsidedowno, but I would perhaps make an exception for a Boss, or a Mackay Brown. Or a Purdey or Holland, obviously.

enfieldspares
I had the chance to handle the last true (pre-Purdey's acquisition in 1948) Woodward made O/U when it was listed for sale by one of long established gunshops in the East of England. I have to say that it didn't float my boat" at all. It had no liveliness about it. And for that revelation I am glad that I did have the chance to handle it. Sometimes the anticipation can be better than the actuality. Edited October 28, 2020 by enfieldspares

That’s always the way with the anticipation ive handled and shot a few some have been good and some not so but it’s the way with most guns
JDog
The second best gun I ever had in my hands was my own Woodward, sadly now long gone. The very best was a Boss over and under which I shot with on one drive. It gave an unusual feeling of invincibility.
