None will give up the power and status that would allow change? The current economic status does not affect them as the expense pot seems to overflow? Any water system that has not been used for a period of time can develop leigonella. I would always recommend if you stay in hotels to run the shower for at least 10 mins to flush it out as there is no guarentee of the last time the system was used., the same if you use an old header tank in your house and go away for a few weeks,turn your taps on and flush the system. If we blame the defence lawyers, the environmental health, the fire brigade, the border force and everyone and everything else then maybe we should stop for a rethink. We knew the situation would get worse leaving the EU. We knew the flow of migrants would increase closing the legal routes. We knew the situation would get worse cutting back on services.
