Saw that on the main news tonight where they stated this poor baby had never seen daylight and even her family didn't know it was there , it was only when her partner heard the baby crying they found this little mite who couldn't walk . talk or could hardly move , just don't seem possible this day and age .   MM

I'm totally lost for words on seeing this 😟

The name of this 'person' and her family's name is being withheld, and rightly so !

Shocking !!!

Something don't really add up , how a small child can go undetected in a family environment for so long without someone hearing or smelling something isn't quite right :hmm:

as a health visitor would have carried out welfare and development checks until the baby is almost two it’s either half a story or fake

Hidden pregnancies, there’s lots of women who have them for a variety of reasons.

I have had to be involved in several and track down the kids and get them to safety.

Someone must have watered and fed the infant otherwise it would be dead. Where did you see this???

it was on the main news....the baby was fed on weatabix and rusk ....squirted into its mouth by syringe

it couldnt walk or crawl..or talk..........the child has been fostered out and the foster parents are filing for adoption...........

I could feel myself filling with tears when I saw the story yesterday.

I just hope that the mother was suffering with some kind of mental illness , and isn't just evil.

It's a truly dreadful story , and I just hope that the child can grow up in a loving environment,  and suffers no long term effects .
