I see the two twits who attacked the police at Manchester airport have been charged . Only with ABH  though . , thought breaking a female police officer’s nose and blatantly attacking other officers would have got a charge of GBH. Already getting away with it if you ask me. Be interesting to see what they get, especially as nowadays posting  hurty words on the internet gets jail time.  More two tier keir justice on its way I reckon , hope I’m wrong.

I reckon they’re looking at time. Additional offence of assault on an emergency worker. 
 

If the judge has any sense, they’ll also take into account they were part of putting out that heavily cut video trying to play the victims…

Was it due to the pressure of the case being take by Reform or not ? guess we wont know but likely be fed a load of tosh as per usual. 

No action being taken on the police involved which is good, but no doubt will have a protest by the family and followers of the thugs. The question will be if there is any protests, what will the actions be from the dreamer Starmer

why does it take action by third parties to get court action when the evidence is in plain sight and no action taken by the authorities incase it offends

Maybe because of the interference from above where idleness and disinterest in hard work are deemed gold standard?

Maximum sentence for ABH is 5 years..... needs to be at least 3 years  to avoid uproar.

The Defendants solicitor is already making noises about a 'fair trial' for his clients, backed by the family. I won't hold my breath over any custodial sentences.

We all know there would have been long custodial sentences straight away if a couple of things were different.
