In the Telegraph this morning, the isolation period was reimposed after ten people were identified as having returned to the UK from Spain with symptoms and subsequently tested positive. This was much higher than expected, and they were from the first wave of returning tourists, the fear was it would be just the tip of the iceberg. Many more would not yet showing symptoms or would be asymptomatic. The Government has concluded that infection levels in Spain were higher than were being officially reported. That is now being confirmed by other data. Other countries are under investigation, France, Germany, Croatia have been mentioned

Change the laws by all means but you cant change juries. Juries are the weak link. look at the snowflakes who aquitted those scumbags of the murder of that young PC last week and found them guilty of manslaughter instead.

I agree, vey few places have much appeal to me these days.

There is talk now of other countries being put back on the need to quarantine list. Travellers are being warned they travel at their own risk.

Its not so much about the safety of travelling on the plane, from what i saw on the TV the bars and restaurants in the resorts weren't paying much attention to social distancing. The holiday makers they interviewed in the resorts were all pretty much saying they wouldn't or couldn't be self isolating when they got back. One person said they (the Govt) couldn't change the rules half way through his holiday. Another person said he had to back at work on Monday and that wasn't negotiable.

All those idiots who went to Spain, how many of those are going to self isolate when they get back? If they were stupid enough to go in the first place they are not likely to be people with much of a social concience.

first thing is to flush it out and refill it with water, run it up to temperature and look for leaks. it could just be a hose gone somewhere. Don't start stripping things till you know why you are stripping it. Alternatively get a pressure tester, they are cheap

My OH had her hair done last week and was quite upset to find the prices had gone up a lot. As she said, she has been going there for years and felt they were just taking the micky. About this time last year I got a bite on my elbow which really came up. Being wary of tick bites I went to the doctor which is unusual for me but I was overdue for my annual blood pressure review anyway and getting pestered by texts to make an appointment. She said no its a spider bite and they are seeing quite a few Having lived in US I knew all about spider bites but had never heard of it over here. Are these false widows an American import?
