HC have stated in several journals that the HW100 does NOT have a regulator fitted - but what it does have is a system using washers that Regulate the pressure - so the cycle of the HW100 is regulated but not by a "typical" regulator per se. Thus the HW100 does have a regulated pressure system but does not have a regulator.

Tell your dealer to swap the stock from another that he has in stock - you are then free to enjoy your gun and the dealer can deal with HC.

You are not sending anything back to the factory - you are sending it back to the dealer, Mole. Your consumer rights are the strongest in Europe and with an item being so new you should have walked back into the sellers shop and told him to replace your gun with a brand spanky new one - yours is not the hassle of ringing HC or anyone else for that matter - up to you at the end of the day but you are without a gun that you paid good money for and your dealer is off the hook when this matter is 100% down to him.

Hyped up by the Press at the time they are somewhat Agricultural in the main but their rarity makes them very collectable - the 55 with the Monte Carlo stock was the one to have - decent build quality with a Spring that would break the arm of Kratos but no more accurate/powerful than the FWB or HW guns available at the time.

This issue has NOTHING to do with HC so why are they involved? Your contract and consumer rights are aimed directly at your dealer and, as you had the gun less than 30 days, you are within your rights to demand a refund or a replacement.

If half were dead in the air then I cannot see that its a fitting error - are you sure they were not flaring away as you moved to take the shot?

If you strip down your S410 and polish anything then make sure that you get it tested afterwards - both of mine were er.... a little on the naughty side after using them for a couple of years - cannot help but think that polishing the hammer on mine would send it well over the legal limit

Never had any problems with my AA mod on my S410 - as for cleaning it....why? What could have got in there - no powder residue that's for sure. If mud has managed to find its way in then I would use something like a Dishwasher tablet in half a bowl of hot water and let the beast soak overnight before flushing out with boiling water from the kettle and then leaving it in the airing cupboard to dry.
