  1. Food is spot on but it's the Artistic interpretation of the sauce trail that I find most intriguing - early impressionism I'm guessing?
  2. Looks good, I dont seem to be able to find any button mushrooms that taste of anything at all?
  3. I think the sabatier 5 knife block is good value but make sure it's the "professional" badged version. Bought mine for £60 on offer in Asda but you can get then around the £80 mark normally. Very good quality for the price and pigging sharp (cut my finger twice first time I used them)
  4. About the best I've tried are the McCains crinkle cut oven chips, but we deep fat fry them.

    TESCO

Crockpot do a multicooker for around £80, it frys, stews. slow cooks, pressure cooks, steams etc etc. Veg times are mental ie mashed potatoes 9 minutes, brussels 3 mins.
  6. Got to love Car ads, about a minute of a new car whizzing aound a handfull of beauty spots before dissapearing into the sunset that hangs romantically over a sea of smiling faces. Absolutely sod all details about the car though.
  7. Your Daughter does all the cooking?
  8. I have no idea, just thought that, if they have said no BP, then this would be a way around it. Unless they have actually used something to test the noise your guns make?
  9. Just had a thought regarding this, can your guns not use Pyrodex? It's not BP.
  10. I've always found the whoomp of a BP Shotgun far less intrusive than Nitro cartridges?
  11. How odd, I've been wondering the same for weeks but didn't want to ask in case I had missed something ? One of a kind is our Mick.
  12. Here's hoping it's nothing serious, I'm guessing the vet suggested boiled chicken and rice for a few days. It doesn't take much to upset many Dogs digestive system, my Springer has a diet of 3 different foods or he has constant runs. I have always found that Forthglade wet dog food tends to stop the runs, about 150 grams per meal is normally effective.
  13. I think you may have Cataracts, common problem, get em sorted and you will not believe the difference.
  14. AFAIK there is absolutely no first class post as we know it over the Crimble period, but the good old PO will happily flog you a stamp. Disgracefull behaviour from an organisation that needs closing down. Example, 2 x 35 kilo boxes from UK to the Netherlands, PO price £120 for delivery within 4 days....DPD £28 next day delivery and collected from our door (about 4 years ago now), ordered an item from a dealer in Coventry a few weeks back (48 miles from me) from the PO acknowledging reciept to delivery at my door 6 days !!!!!!
  15. Maybe a little melted cheese over the Cauli? but that's mighty impressive sir, what time do you open?

    Royal mail

You are truly the chosen one.
  21. Stopped buying Walkers years ago as they lost all their flavour and now buy the Aldi "specially selected" bags - the Salt and Vinegar version is sublime.
